Matterport Pro3: LiDAR Built For Speed, Detail And Anywhere
The Pro3 is Matterport’s professional LiDAR camera, built to scan indoor and outdoor spaces from dim light to direct sunlight. It pairs a 20-megapixel sensor with a 12-element lens and a Class 1 LiDAR unit, captures five HDR exposures per frame, and registers each scan into the 3D model automatically. In practice that means a supper club, a plant floor or a 40,000 square foot warehouse gets scanned in an afternoon, and the twin is accurate enough to measure from.
- Indoor and outdoor. The LiDAR reaches out to 100 meters, so exteriors, courtyards, yards and job sites scan as cleanly as interiors.
- Measurable. ±20mm accuracy at 10 meters, 100,000 depth points per second, 1.5 million points per scan.
- Fast on site. Under 20 seconds per scan position and more than 220 scans on one battery, which keeps disruption in a working building to a minimum.
- More than a tour. The same scan can produce schematic floor plans, DWG and DXF CAD files and an E57 point cloud for architects, engineers and facility teams.

A Matterport tour is a 3D digital twin of a building. The Pro3 camera captures LiDAR depth data with every 360 image, so the result is a measurable model you can walk through room by room, view as a dollhouse, open as a floor plan and share with a link or an embed on any device.
Most tours are a flat rate based on square footage, the number of floors and whether you need floor plans, CAD files or exterior scanning. Send the address and rough size and we quote it the same day. Bundling the scan with drone photos or video on the same visit lowers the total.
The Pro3 captures a scan position in under 20 seconds, so a typical home or office is scanned in one to two hours and a large plant, resort or campus in a half day to a full day. Processing and delivery usually take a few business days.
There is no practical limit. Large facilities are scanned floor by floor and building by building and can be merged into one connected twin. We scan warehouses, plants, campuses, hotels and multi-building properties across Wisconsin.

Tours are hosted in Matterport’s cloud. Hosting for the term in your quote is included, renewals are simple, and tours can be transferred to your own Matterport account if you prefer to manage them in-house.
