Green Valley, AZ is home to approximately 60 active adult and senior communities and an estimated 32,000 full-time and snowbird residents.

Green Valley is located 20 miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The area consists mainly of residents aged 55+ (median age is 71 years old) who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle and the warm Southern AZ climate.
