Richard Hermanson – PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
My affinity for construction began with summer jobs through high school, and led me to survey and architecture roles in the US Marines. From there, I spent 15 years in the mortgage and home-rehab fields. I created VKB Homes to give homeowners an alternative to cookie-cutter construction and run-of-the-mill remodeling.
Misty Hermanson – CREATIVE DESIGN SPECIALIST
After studying architecture and earning a degree in interior design at Northern Arizona University, I spent almost a decade working as a design assistant before taking on the challenging role of a Mom. Today, my position as Mother-of-three is balanced with my position as the Creative Designer for VKB Homes. I help people gain a new perspective and discover new possibilities for the spaces they’ve always dreamed of having. I am a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
